This roof project was in Westwego, Louisiana and totaled 285,100 square foot of shingle re-roof. Our client had recently purchased the property and needed to get new roofs installed in 90 days so they could start leasing. Taltek was able to provide the needed manpower to complete the project in 72 working days. 80% of all the roof deck required replacement. Ice and water shield underlayment was installed on all eaves due to the pitch transition being lower pitched than the remainder of the roof. This project was a perfect fit for our culture, we got it done right and under the time constraints. Taltek installed a 40-year architectural shingle roof and provided a five-year workmanship warranty.
