With rapid growth across Tennessee and beyond, we’re looking for a Field Supervisor who can lead crews, manage complex re-roofing projects, and be a trusted face to our clients—on the ground, in the field, and on the move.

What You’ll Own:
- Lead 1–2 full commercial re-roofing projects at a time (flat & shingle systems).
- Supervise and motivate roofing crews to meet timelines, safety, and quality standards.
- Travel to job sites across Tennessee and neighboring states as needed.
- Maintain daily communication with clients—face-to-face, by phone, and through professional email updates.
- Utilize drones, mobile tech, and project documentation software to track budgets, document progress, and report to the home office.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
You Might Be a Fit If You…
- Have 3+ years of commercial roofing experience (flat/shingle) and have led a crew as a Foreman or PM.
- Are willing and able to travel regularly to projects across multiple regions (company vehicle provided).
- Know how to represent a brand—you’re polished, professional, and confident with customers.
- Embrace technology: drones, software, and smartphones don’t scare you.
- Think like a leader: you take ownership and see challenges as opportunities.
