As a Service Foreman, you’ll be our eyes, ears, and hands on the roof. You’ll lead leak investigations and repairs, work with your team to complete the job right the first time, and communicate clearly with our customers and our internal team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Investigating and repairing leaks on TPO, EPDM, Mod Bit, metal, and shingle roofs
- Leading a 2-person crew (you + a tech) to execute scope with precision
- Uploading photos and notes to our software to document your work clearly and professionally
- Owning your time, your results, and your customer relationships
- Collaborating with your supervisor in weekly in-office meetings and field check-ins
Who Thrives in this Role
- You’ve got at least 5 years of commercial roofing experience, especially with leak repairs
- You know your way around a roof system and can figure out problems fast
- You’re reliable — the kind of person who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
- You know how to talk to people — and you respect customers, crews, and coworkers
- You’re tech-comfortable – can use a mobile app to upload photos and notes and thrive on innovation
